actually, i found out that the reason he had the air turned off and the bars shut down was to minimize the extra noise in the place as they were recording the set via mics hung from the ceiling. it was pretty fucking hot though...

makes me wish i would have spent the cash to go now. looked incredible. i heard he had the heat cranked up on purpose.

I don't really care for Tom Waits, but he looked like he put on a good show. The pictures themselves are real nice too.
