I heard Iskander is telling promoters that he is having to "rent" the Double-Wide for shows. I'm sure it really helps pad his cut of the money.

agents, bookers its all the same racket and sham.

to 9:17am.
that sucks, b/c we have had the show since june...
didn't 'steal' anything from denton diy.

complain to agents not the bookers...
promoters will avoid a show if it was already booked. no need to burn bridges in a small community.

SATURDAY:

THE ETHER BUNNIES @ SLOPPYWORLD

POF4:48 Aids Wolf was booked for that date at House of Tinnitus around May/June or so and then it changed a few months later. Not hatin, jus sayin.

The Evens sounded fantastic at Public Trust. I can see how other bands might not sound good there, though.

Dammit! I need to clone myself. Too many good shows in one night. Looks like nobody can go wrong on Saturday night.

P@

Patrick Park at the Loft on Wed. I think this will actually be a pretty good show.

denton metal math:

the spectacle < mugzu

shaolin death squad < the spectacle

the spectacle + shaolin death squad < mugzu

mescalero < shaolin death squad

I love shows at the public trust... the evens show was awesome where the Aids Wolf show went weak was with TOO much sound, the evens had great sounding vocals and drums because they didn't have a million watt P.A. system with a space like that less is more.

I really don't know why anybody think's it's a good idea to have bands in public trust. Guess there's just nowhere else to play right now.

to 2:52PM

suppose to be?

show was alright last night. it would have been a lot better at house of tinnitus like it was supposed to be.

the public trust is a cool place for djs. it's like a big racquetball court, 45 degree angles, bands sound like shit in there.

Friday night at Suite don't miss Blackberry Deathmatch. Witness the sickest ringtone battles this side of the Trinity.

11:35 AM

what is that all about?

ummmmm.... what happened to hogpig?

Aids Wolf was painful...I wish I could of seen some nudity...

Is wanz's new dj night called "burning bridges" maybe?
