Some pretty interesting stuff on the chart this week. Squarepusher, Akron/Family, Girl Talk and Grizzly Bear. All good stuff. I've listened to that Beach House record a couple times and I think I'm starting to like it, even though I'm not quite sure what I think about it overall just yet. And that Califone record is pretty good too.

ratatat.

You're gonna feel a mite silly after you realize this, but don't worry, we've all been there. Up there, at the top of the comment page, you'll find the answer to your question.

SR- you should post mp3's of the bands you like from the list. I don't read other music blogs. Is this a music blog?

decemberists sound like castrated oasis doing the watch-a-ma-call-it six ways from tuesday

oh, Jesus. come on.

the new Oxford Collapse is actually really good. I listened to it for the first time today and really enjoyed it.

no props to Chavez? that's the best band on that list

How's the new Oxford Collapse?? I have a crazy weakness for that band's last album.
