it list : wed.

1. The Party w/ DJ Nature (Rubber Gloves- Denton)
If you haven't checked this shit out already, then don't talk to us. Nature will be passing out his second mix CD tonight. We'll have a track list later we think....

2. I Love You But I've Chosen Darkness (Gypsy Tea Room)
Their new CD is fantastic, and we've never seen these guys live but we hear that they are pretty good. Who knows? Go late so that you miss Black Tie Dynasty.

Yeah, Interpol is kind of played out too huh? Even if they do "execute" fairly well ... for a Joy Division knock-off

modern kajagoogoo's? Are you fucking kidding me? Thats the funniest thing I have read all day. And although I kinda like ILYBICD, I agree. The whole post punk thing is getting a bit played out these days, isn't it?

I love you but I've chosen Depeche Mode is not any better than Black Tie Dynasty. When Joy Division was around they were great, right? Fast forward a few years later and you have Kajagoogoo. That's what these bands are:modern kajagoogoos. Fuck 'em all.

did anyone else get their myspace post (btd)?

...THAT'S why i think they are L.A.M.E.
(It was one of those forward messages saying that if you clicked the button you could get like 500 friends or something.... i suggested that instead of doing that to get fans that they simply PRACTICE and maybe PROMOTE themselves (not that they don't do that to an obnoxious degree) ).

anyway..... they aren't 18 or anything, so you'd think they'd know how annoying that is.

There is no "Interpol" there, guy, sorry.... BTD is the Cure meets poopy. Did anyone see I love you but... last night?

They're really good at what they do, but what they do is very late 1989, um, mixed with Interpol. A lot of people like that stuff.

There is no "beef" per se. We just don't dig their music. They could all be saints for all we know.

But they wear eyeliner! I thought that was cool...

Ahh, no, I shouldn't be a turd. Those guys have always been really, really nice to me.
I was just wondering what the beef was. Thanks for the ultra-speedy response!

P.S. I dig the blog! Good work.
